Patrick Hansford Associates was founded in 1994. The firm is located in Centerville, Ohio. Patrick Hansford Associates provides architectural and planning services for the Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Historic Renovation, and Residential Markets.
We offer services to government agencies, building owners, tenants, contractors, developers, and other design professionals. Based on the specific project needs of our clients, we provide:
- Predesign planning services and feasibility studies
- Schematic design and master planning services
- Complete plans and specifications for competitive bidding
- Design/build project documents
- Grantsman assistance.
The firm is led by Patrick Hansford. He is a lifelong resident of the Miami Valley. Mr. Hansford has been practicing architecture since 1986. Since founding Patrick Hansford Associates in 1994, Mr. Hansford has been providing commercial and residential design services with projects in Ohio, West Virginia, Indiana, Colorado, and Oregon.
